In another UK first for Foam Dart Thunder, we will be hosting a Humans v Zombies Nerf event throughout the entire 3 floors of one of Edinburgh’s largest shopping centres, Ocean Terminal at Leith!
On Saturday 25th November, FDT will be taking over the mall and running various mission themed games throughout the mall for some lucky players. This follows on from the Secret Bunker we ran earlier in August so those who were present will have a good idea of what to expect.
We will be running our usual FDT night at the fantastic Transgression Park which recently moved to the centre, and after some time to set up for the evening event, we’ll then get straight into the missions. We’ve just started working on the storyline and linking it to our bunker event. We may well continue the military versus scientists theme as that was extremely popular. I’m hoping to bring the film crew back in for this one as well.
There are lots of details to be decided, walkthroughs to be done, and props to be bought. I have wanted to run FDT inside a shopping centre for years and I’m so excited we’re going to be able to bring that to our players. As always, onwards and upwards!
