Foam Dart Thunder – Skirmish Edinburgh 11th September 2021!

Welcome to our First event back after Covid at the amazing Skirmish Edinburgh!

As this event is outdoors, please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the great Scottish weather!

You’ll Nerf in a custom built 55 acre woodland, with various game zones and all the cover you could need! With military vehicles, barrels, buildings and smoke, we are once again bringing you a fantastic venue to play in !

We’ll be playing out some of our favourite scenarios for this event, with Lockdown, Flux and Bomb Run!

Limited to 40 tickets.

IMPORTANT – The minimum age for this event is 8 years old when with a playing adult, or kids from age 12 can play alone.

Feel free to bring any dart blasters – (if it’s been modded please let us know when you arrive).

PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME ON YOUR BLASTER AND ALL ATTACHMENTS!

NOTE – Nerf MEGA blasters AND RIVALS will be allowed – however at this event we will ONLY be providing standard elite darts, so if you wan to use Rival or Mega darts you will need to bring these.

If you can “run and gun” with it then bring it along. If you can’t fix it if it jams, please don’t bring it 🙂

What you need to bring:

– Protective eyewear (there will be some on sale for £5 on the day)
– your blaster(s) – please write your name on your blasters!
– refreshments – although there is a shop on site selling snacks.
– bags of energy – you’ll need it!
– and MEGA darts/ RIVAL balls if you plan on bringing any of that range of blasters – please put your name on these darts as we cannot provide these.

What you don’t have to bring:

– regular darts – we provide these 🙂

Session time – 09:00am – 12:00pm

Maximum fps (feet per second) will be set at 110 for this event. We will have a chronometer on site.

Smoke will be used in this event, and smoke grenades will be on sale from the venue (to over 16s only). You cannot bring your own. Smoke must be rolled both under-arm and below knee level in accordance with safety rules.

Please note there are no refunds on these tickets. This event will be video recorded/pictures taken – buying a ticket means you agree to this.

Notes:
Free parking on site, however this is limited so if you can car share and its safe, please do so – venue is located at A71 Crow Wood, Edinburgh, Currie, EH14 4QA.
Please ensure ALL Nerf gear and property is marked with your name/initials. Pens are available.
Protective eyewear must be worn by all players. We will have pairs for sale on the day £5 each (kids and adult sizes).
This event will be video recorded and pictures taken – by purchasing this ticket you have agreed to this.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
Any tickets resold will be cancelled and no refund given.
To save paper, please bring along your downloaded ticket on your phone or mobile device where possible.
We will scan your ticket from your device.
The ticket barcode only allows one entry per scan. Unauthorised duplication of this ticket may prevent admittance.
